What counts as a reply?
One message sent to a buyer. A conversation with four back-and-forth messages uses four. Anything the assistant skips — spam, scam bait, automated blasts — costs nothing, and neither does anything you send yourself.
What happens when I run out?
Replies stop until the next month, or until you move up a plan. Your settings, listings and history stay exactly as they were. Nothing is sent that you haven't paid for and nothing is deleted.
Do I need a card for the free tier?
No. The free tier is 100 replies a month with no card and no trial clock. If it isn't useful, you stop using it.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, from the dashboard. Billing is handled by Stripe, so changes are prorated by them and card details never reach our servers.
